Gašpar's Mill
Martin's village is an eco-village. A place where for four centuries, with the drive of the Rječina water and extraordinary wooden constructions, wheat and corn under a heavy stone wheel have been turned into finely ground flour, from which potato polenta and various home-made delicacies are prepared. In Gašpar's mill it is possible to buy eco flour, but also to see old tools (eg old sieve). Visitors can learn how bread is made - from grains to bread.
