Our Lady Chair and Sanctuary
Just behind Rocca delle Caminate, hidden among the trees, there is a strange rock with shape of a seat. Legend says that the Virgin Mary, tired from a long pilgrimage, sat down to rest on the rock that modelled itself as a throne. The stone of "spongy" was named "stone of the Madonna", and peasants turned to ask for protection for the fields.
