Grobnik Castle

The Frankopan Castle of the City of Grobnik was originally built around 1000, but today the visible parts date from the period between the 15th and 17th centuries. Built on a strategically very important position, Kaštel was the guardian of the entire Grobnišćina, and today it has been turned into a gallery and museum and is home to various cultural events.
